Between 30 and 40 percent of truck trips in Zimbabwe run empty. LoadLink ranks verified operators against your load on proximity, reputation, price, backhaul fit and reliability — then lets you choose.

Freight coordination here still runs on phone calls, brokers and WhatsApp groups. That leaves no price transparency, no verification of who you are dealing with, and a lot of trucks going home empty.
Registration books, insurance and driver licences are checked by hand before a truck can quote on anything. Customers are verified too.
Five weighted criteria produce a shortlist you can read and question. The system never assigns a truck for you.
Live position on a map, with positions buffered on the driver device through the dead spots and replayed on reconnect.
EcoCash, OneMoney or Paynow hold the funds until delivery is confirmed. A dispute suspends release until it is settled.
Four steps for a customer, four mirrored steps for an operator. Nothing happens off-platform, which is what makes the record worth anything afterwards.
Collection point, destination, cargo type, weight and the window you need it moved in. Route distance and bearing are computed as you type.
Stage one excludes any truck that cannot carry it. Stage two scores the rest on five weighted criteria and ranks them.
You pick from the shortlist. The payment is authorised and held, so the operator sees a confirmed job rather than a promise.
Follow the truck on a map. Proof of delivery releases the funds, and both sides review each other blind.
Everything that survives the hard filter is scored on five criteria, each normalised between 0 and 1 and multiplied by its weight. The weights are configuration rather than code, so they can be tuned during the pilot without a release.
Inverse Haversine from the last known position of the truck to your collection point.
Bayesian-averaged rating, so three good jobs do not outrank thirty.
The quote measured against the spread for comparable loads on comparable routes.
Cosine of the bearing difference between your load and a declared return leg.
Completion and on-time rate over the last 90 days.
An operator declares the route they are travelling back on. When a load is posted, LoadLink compares the heading of that load against the heading of every declared return leg, and a truck already going that way ranks higher.
It is one of five scoring criteria, weighted at 20% — enough to matter, not enough to override capacity, verification or reliability.
Open right now. Sign in as a verified operator to quote.
An operator cannot quote and a customer cannot fund a job until an administrator has looked at the documents. Rejections come back with a reason, so the second attempt is not a guess.
Funds are authorised when the job is confirmed and held until proof of delivery is filed. Neither side has to go first on trust.
The customer funds the job on EcoCash, OneMoney or Paynow.
The driver files proof of delivery inside the delivery geofence.
Funds move to the operator. An open dispute suspends the release.
Post once, get a ranked shortlist of operators who can genuinely carry it, and keep the money protected until it arrives.
List your fleet, declare the routes you are already running, and let the return leg pay for itself instead of costing you fuel.
